I was wondering how much people love this site. I have downloaded, to date, 35 games from this site. What is your record??

I have probably downloaded about 20 to 30 from this site, can't count them now as they are on a cd somewhere. But I stopped downloading games long time ago, don't play abandonware anymore, I'm just here for the forums.

To date I've downloaded about 15 games from Abandonia, still a lot more I got to download though, heh heh.

Well the thread is actually saying how much people love abandonia, so doesn't that go here?

I think 4-5, I don't play games that much anymore, and I have many of the games that this site has to offer, but I think there are at least 10 more games that I'd like to download and play in future...
But games aren't the only reason to like this site...

about 10 i would think, mainly just backups of games i usedto own, alot of old games dont interest me, only the main classics

I've downloaded about 50 games. there are some I still love playing and there are some I had to doenload, because my original CD's (some even on floppys) didn't work any more (like Civ2).

I'm only dissapointed that one of my favorite games - Prehistorik2 doesnt work... :cry:

Well, when I finish level2, and the prehistorik man is running to the next level, he stops in action and puff - nothing to do but to uninstal... :(

Began last monday, if I remember right. Should be about 20 or 25 games by now - getting bigger with every tasty new review I read or due to remember old games I would like to play again.

I have less than ten. Some I still want to get but I have most of the ones that I really wanted already. Everytime I hear about someone raving about a game I might download it.

I come for the games, I stay for the forums. :D

ive had about 50 from this site, it rocks like a cliff. (or something else that is big an made frm rock ..) is definatly my fave abandonware site (other than underdogs)
altho underdogs is like a huge bloated thing whereas this site is smooth with nice color scheme and intelligent forums. only came here to download moonstone but i jus got hooked, :ot: gotta find how to report faults as moonstone keeps crashin on the dragon, not that it does it evry time, usually by the 3rd time i meet the scaly one, so i guess i gotta get the killing the dam thing sorted so i can kill it first time an relax. so in summation like evryone else abandonia i luuuuurve u!

I've downloaded 84 games. Almost feel guilty about it...

30 games. Mostly strategy and puzzle games. And some sims.
The best reviews I could find over the net about my favorite games. I love to read them again and again. And the download speed is excellent.

Loads. And not just from Abandonia. I've downloaded various versions of just Command & Conquer from at least 5 sites. Including the N64 version.

Though Abandonia is the first Abandonware site I ever UPloaded C&C on :D

Are u kidding? I could never count the number of games I've been downloading, including a lot of crappy (S)NES roms I didn't like anyway (I'm sorry, I just don't like the random monster appearing in Final Fantasy, probably discovered the game too late)

I could count my favorites though, but it would take a while..

I had all the games on Abandonia when they were c.a. 250, and I have downloaded c.a. 400 of another sites.

Amazing. :blink: Sorry if this is a stupid question but have you guys actually managed to play all those games? I don't think I've played more than about 30 different PC games (still haven't tried all of the games I downloaded here). Maybe I should feel guilty about that... :unsure:

I don't play many games... I spend most of my time programming. (And playing some games, of course :D )

I download what I think or know I like (especially now, since I've got a faster internet connection :D ), and I usually get around to play them. Admittedly, I usually don't finish them; I've got a few marked favorites and those are the ones I really play.

I really could never count how many I've downloaded.

I don't know how much I've downloaded from here but I think its between 10 and 20 maximum.
To be honest I enjoy reading the gamereviews and the company on the forum more than actually playing the games up for download here.

Except for the games I've reviewed myself I haven't really finished any of the games I've downloaded from here.

Too many to count. 20, thirty, maybe 4ty. I mostly come for the forums, like many of you. I occasionally make forays into the site to randomly dive for some games. But i have seen most of them. Since i am a much younger generation then you guys, i dont like the oldie games very much. I go more for the modern stuff. But i like talking to other computer geeks LOL

if you count ALL the games ive downloaded so far it has got to be around 1500... no joke. and ive *played* all of them... (if you count starting the game as playing...and the few i couldnt get to work)... if HOTU wasnt so damn slow id have more.
