If you want to host files then you should use a server i recomend Apache www.apache.org

You didn't forget the slash, it was freesevers.com not servers ;)

Oh Whoops about spamers all emails are sent to my email after reaching the server so i just delete them.

You really shouldn't put your email on the website if you don't want spam. Spambots will have it filtered out in no time.
So instead of

Philipmartelli@yahoo.co.nz

put

Philipmartelli AT yahoo DOT co DOT <DON'T SPAM ME> nz

or somehing similar on the website! That way you're a lot more safe!

yes. I get filenot found errors because you use \ for the files that make up your 2 frames

i do not knmow waht ever launguage that was in so use enlish everyone knows it

as i said before, IT IS MY HOMEWORK and it had to be in that language
