This is a thread for a debate about the Teletubbies.

Posted by me AND Puff-in...

Are the Teletubbies a great and fun show to watch and learn from for our youth and some older people (names start with T end with k and om henri in the middle :P) or are they slowly corrupting our children directed by the Devil himself (which happens to be Kiddiarni's Principal and Puff-in's English Teacher) who is telling the kids to slowly take over the World...MWHAHAHAHAHA :twisted:

I didn't think it was witty at all. I thought it was stupid and a childish insult.

Plus I also don't think it was such a personal thing to say, but none the less childish.

@Durak, hold yourself back, please, this is not a spam thread, but a thread about discussing Teletubbies, which is allowed, as long it doesn't become insulting others in process.

I have nothing against Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Lala & Po.

The real devil in todays TV is Barney the Dinosaur! :wall:

Well, we don't have Barney in Iceland... But that's the purple dinosaur, right? Wow that's a dude I wouldn't wanna meet in a dark alley... :wink:
I personally think that the Teletubbies are a bit disturbing.... I mean, who ever came up with havin four.... (I'm not going to say "guys").... THINGS jumping around some grassy knoll, with TV's on theyr belly, watching the same videos over and over again... gee.... eating Stubbabrau? (that bread...) and I don't know what and what. I think that the Teletubbies are giving children wrong examples.They might be really happy, live in harmony with the nature and whaddawhadda, but still.... Theyr'e just so fcuked-up!!! :wink:

The Teletubbies freaked me out. I first saw them after a party and thought ''what the hell??"

Afterwards they seemed to be everywhere. Good thing they are history now here :D

Well, we don't need a Rocket scientist to figure out that u don't like me....:P

But, did you know that The teletubbies are made by psychiatrists(hopefully correctly written :P) that make the shows to teach the lil kids or sumpn...

BTW..That "Ur so Naive" age is just like being a teenager...it's not an insult, its jsut normal...Don't u think ur Lil bro is Naive all the time...Excactly... (luckily I'm the older one :P)

Ok enough about the ''you hate me , no I don't , yes you do'' thing. You can't be loved, or love, everybody. But we can however keep it al fun and civilized. Or at least keep it fun for the other people (in other words, sort it out in PM) 8)

The tellatubies are just messed up, although granted they're better then Barney. I think the only good kids shows are on like disney or nickalodeon, those are the ones I'd let my kids watch if I had any.
