Hi

I remeber a game called "Delta Star" but cant find it anywhere

its a litle old space game where you start a colony on a planet and expand like in any othere civilization game, you have lots of researsh!
the planets where usualy diveded into 9 zones where you could build your colony/city and the fighting was turnbased for its "Laser defences" and realtime when flying over the colony that was attacked

Need help/link for the real name of this game
