Captain Planet and the Planeteers [NON-PC]
 

Hi!

Ages and ages ago when I was about 3ft tall.. I had an amiga.

I had 3 games I played a lot on it but I dont know their names.. or anything about them really. I will describe them and would be greatfull if people could tell me what they are.

Game One
You picked a character.. was put into a world... and had to run around using your abilities to clear the level. It was 2d... and a side view.. you could use ice to bridge platforms and freeze enemies if you had the ice dude. You could use fire or what not if you picked the other guy.. thats all I rememer.

Game Two

You.. was a guy I think.. it was a sidescroller I think.... I remember a fat bloke.. and having to hang on ballons to rise up to the top of screen to a new floor.

Game Three...

A fighter game.. they guy I used always said Adorket.. I think.

Very vauge but its all I remember.. that and the fact that the games fecking rocked!

Please somebody help me find theese games! :wall:

Nr. 2 kinda sounds like Pitfall 2, but I don't remember any "fat bloke" in that...

The first one doesn't ring any bell...

Is number one an old platformer called Fire n' Ice by any chance?

I don't remember Fire and Ice enough, but that would be my suggestion for the first one as well.

The game with the fat man, well I can only think two games with such a game and character, one is Prehistoric and the other is A prehistoric tale. You are not actually a fat man in either of them but close enough.
The other two games that I can think of that might have been (for a young kid) are Bubble Bobble and Livingstone I Presume. Now, I know that you are not a fat man in any of them but could be seen as one by a kid.

You miss understand.. your character isn't a fat man!

I dont even remember what the character looks like... one of the men you see is an obese guy with a tophat!

As for Fire and Ice.. im off to find some screenshots.

EDIT: Isn't fire and ice.. Ignore the bit about fire... maybe I dreamt that bit :blink:

Also, the characters were less... babyish? :ph34r:

Rolling ronny prehaps the fat man would be the inspecter and you some times use ballons to go up..

Game One:
Captain Planet?

Game Two:
Doodlebug?

Game one must be Captain Planet. This game was so hard!!! :cry:

Game three is Street Fighter, I think.

Captain Planet + Streetfigther = Correct.

Now where can I get this captain planet.. I want to play it again.. so bad.

Im guessing the second game must be "Chubby Cristal".
(Not sure if my spellings is correct, but something like that)
