Hehe, that's funny one.

aaberg 14-09-2004 06:25 PM

Hmm, never heard of this before. B) Maybe I'll try it out, when I get time. With an update a day, it's impossible to try all games.

wormpaul 14-09-2004 08:43 PM

Indeed....too many games to play them all but this one looks funny so ill give it a try....still get stucked in The Legend of Kyiandia so when someone can help me plz post at forum at Legend of Kyriandia!! (of was this too off topic???) :ot:

unclefester 20-09-2004 12:50 PM

What are the keys for it? :?

mika 23-09-2004 05:24 AM

Mostly it's just the arrow keys and either enter or right-shift (can't remember off-hand). How you use the keys is different per game.

Ezekiel 04-01-2005 04:24 AM

Yeah , this game rule , i had it on my good old nintendo

Tuttle 04-01-2005 07:05 AM

I used to play this on the C64. Broke one of my old joysticks trying to make fire. :)

Guest 11-01-2005 04:44 AM

For some reason the arrow keys aren't working for me.
Anyone know of any alternate keys to use when playing?
Or a way to change them?

mika 11-01-2005 08:01 AM

Which arrow keys are you using? The numeric keypad or the separate arrow keys?

Hi, I discovered the following:
- Saber Race: Alternate left&right to run. Use Enter to jump over obstacles such as water and cactuses. It seems that hitting your opponent goes automatically.
- Fire Making: Alternate left&right to rub sticks together. Use Enter to hit you opponent. Once you get sparks, use up and down to inhale and blow on your pile-o-sticks.
Dino Race: Repeatedly press left to go forward, or right to go backwards. Use enter to jump over obstacles.

The rest is a mystery to me. So if anyone can help me too please ;)

Tuttle 18-01-2005 08:09 AM

Control set 1: Cursor keys and Enter
Control set 2: A, D, W, X and Space

Matetoss: Hold button, press keys anticlockwise in rhythm (start slower and then speed up), release button to throw (to right of screen).

Dino Vault: Press up and down to set the height of the dino, then press button. Press button to start run-up, use the keys to speed up (I think this is another anticlockwise roll one), then use the button to vault (not 100% sure how that bit worked either).

Clubbing: Hard to explain, just experiment a bit. Different combinations of button and direction give different moves. In the intimidation phase it's all about getting a positional advantage, then in the clubbing phase you can either knock them out or herd them back off the cliff.

heh this is a remake of nintendos CAVEMAN GAMES (or the other way around)

i remember how hard it was when i was like 6 to understand the game but once i did i jus set off records. I think i even got a perfect 100 on the girl toss.

Cody 26-02-2005 02:50 AM

A funny Stone Age variation of the classic Summer Games ;-)
Absolutely great for its time.

Hi Johan :bye:

Don't worry, your Engish is fine.

I'm afraid you can't download this game anymore. A few months ago, we had to remove some of our games for download, and this was one of them. Sorry.

:ok:

At http://www.eleetwarez.com.

Sebatianos 08-02-2006 03:01 PM

That's just mean!

Master MC 08-02-2006 03:14 PM

No, haha, that's funny!

whatshisface 19-05-2006 09:47 PM

:Brain: You know, some people call it caveman ugh-lympics (note the dash), it makes all the difference when... i dont know, did you think i was implying something

HappyGamer 17-10-2006 05:37 AM

They also made this game for the Nintendo. That was very funny. :hysterical:

Edit: I just have to say after playing this game for a few minutes it sucks. I could not seem to figure out how to play any of the games and the learning curve is just too steep. I want a game that is sort of easy to get into to but hard to win.

Drizen666 19-01-2007 10:50 AM

Does anyone know how to install this? It says something like "add drive that contains original disc" and when i choose the drive where it is it tells me it's not there?

The Fifth Horseman 19-01-2007 11:08 AM

Are you running the game in DosBox?

Mitchell 18-05-2007 01:09 AM

Help me. I got most of the stuff with the function keys and the talking and so forth, but I can't get the ship to go anywhere! How do you make the ship move?????

Guest 29-05-2007 05:08 PM

i did broke a control tringng to make fire too kkk at the old nintendo of my sister

the keys of this game are *meep*ed

Guest 22-08-2007 12:10 PM

I still have the original 5 1/4" disks AND manual for the PC. I will scan it later... whee! ... the trick is to install from the ROOT (C:\) so that it doesn't ask for extra disks. after that... controls for player 1 are numeric keypad as 8-way directional and enter key as "button". 6 events:

Mate Toss: hold button -> go around in circle on directional -> release button

Dino Race: hit right arrow repeatedly (and quickly) to run right. button to jump obstacles, up arrow to use turbo (too much turbo makes dino crazy)

Sabertooth Race: left arrow = left foot, right arrow = right foot, button = jump. alternate feet rapidly (start slow, then pick up speed)

Fire Making: left arrow, right arrow alternate to rub sticks. once smoke appears up arrow and down arrow to blow on fire. button clubs your opponent. exhale for a long time to dodge a hit.

Clubbing: left/right to move, down to duck. right while holding button = face bash, down while holding button = knee bash, up while holding button = overhead club. hold button down to point (diversionary tactic)

Dino Vault:start by using up and down to select your goal height. press button to start running. right and left arrow alternate to run. when you get close, press button to plant pole. release button to jump.

ENJOY!!!!
