I have Dosbox setup running through DFend

Most games work 100% however since I got my Widescreen monitor I have encountered problems in some games like Lemmings

I start it in Windowed Mode and all was perfect but in full screen it either comes up as "Out of Range" or starts and is very very small

Anyone PLEASE :wallbash: Any Suggetstions?????

LCD monitor?
Seems it doesn't support that particular refresh rate.
In dosbox.conf, change the fullscreen resolution to 1024x768 and output to overlay or ddraw. See if that changes anything.
