Hey

I have an idea for creating a website offering Videos of walkthroughs for old PC games, old consoles

I've seen quite a few on YouTube, but just a thought, How do you reckon it might take off, as I haven't seen a dedicated website offering video help for all these classic games

there is one site called Universal Hint System. They have hints and walkthroughs for tons of games. Downside is you have to pay for the software that allow you to take full advantage of the site, and that I too often got pop-ups installing crap on my pc, but I guess some blockers can handle that. Take a look and see.

EDIT: Sorry, didn't read "video walkthrough" DOH! Ok, sounds cool, but some games are rather complicated and will need a looong movie ;)

i think somebody asked for a video 'screenshots' on abandnonia here before. maybe there could be also 'video walktrhough' included.. if somebody makes it

What about text?Easy and "cheaper"

Text is so... yesterday LOL I like the idea. Ok, so it may not become THE most awesome thing ever, but every new idea has to start somewhere. It would be interesting to see if this idea catches on and evolves.

hmm a Morrowind video walkthrough for main quest.... that might take a while to watch (unless someone does the speedrun).

or Ultima Underworld - long story....
