I'm having second thoughts in downloading this game. It's bundled with StarForce and I dunno how to remove it. Do you think TM : Nations is safe to download?

Are you perchance talking about obtaining an illegal copy? You know we can't have this kind of things around...

And BTW, StarForce can damage your DVD drive. Attempt to get rid of SF can scramble your drive as well...

dude...buy it, and you won't have any problem with StarForce ;)

On a sidenote, you can effectively countermeasure SF with StarF**er, and some other nice applications. And oh, you must disconnect your physical IDE CD and DVD drives :sneaky:

you can f* with starforce just with unconnecting your real cdrom drive, but if i were you i would rather look for crack..

Erm Trackmania: Nations is freeware, just so you know.

5th: Tulac is right. Nadeo released this as freeware available for download at their site.

Starforce is a monkey's tool, it may not bother you at first, but then it starts taking up processing space and making stuff run slower.

It's evil.
