What is your favorite movie theme song? Mine is the themes from A Few Dollars More and The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly.

Ah - a fan of the western movies (or just the music)...

I'd have to say - look at my avatar - isn't it obvious Ray Parker jr. - Ghostbusters, but also Conquest of Paradise - Vangelis. And oddly enough Bud Spencer and Terence Hill movies - music done by Oliver Onions.
But nowdays it's hard to say - most movies just use music that's popular and put it on as a sound track...

Well, I've always liked those movies, yes. In fact I'm listening to those themes on my comp right now. :ok:

My favorite scene from The GBU is when they ride on to the "friendy" army:
"Look the grey uniforms - they're same as ours!"
*the officer cleans the dust off the uniform*

Not so much a theme song as a theme tune but my favourite would be the theme from 'Alfie'. Not the new one, the much better original film starring Michael Caine.

Anyway, the whole film score was written by Sonny Rollins, jazz saxophonist for those of you who don't know, and the theme itself is a fantastic big-band number.

My other 2 favorites would be the theme from King Solomon's mines starring Richard Chamberland and the theme from Indiana Jones. :ok:

thats difficult since I'm really into movie themes.

I'd have to say about anything from John William's glorytime (his latest themes aren't that great anymore)
Danny Elfman is pretty amazing aswell... but his spiderman-style themes are starting to become boring. I liked his gothic chorus batman-style better.

But to pick an actual favourite theme... thats too difficult.

The Imperial march from Star Wars is amazing. As is the indiana jones theme.
But I can't for the life of me pick a favourite one.

This really is a hard question.. Probably because the answer changes alot! Right now my favourite theme is from KillBill vol2. but I like very much music from KillBill vol.1, Pulp Fiction, Star Wars, TheGood, TheUgly and TheBad, ... , etc. etc.
