Greetings,

I downloaded Zork and it seems to run fine in XP, but i can't get it to save.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Make sure that none of the files and/or directories are flagged at read-only.

Some dearchivers find funny to flag everything coming out of an archive as read-only. Which can prevent some games from being able to save is the savegame file is already created when you dearchive the game.
