POE problem

Should I be getting POE when I log on daily. How do I go about writing reviews to earn more?

I'm sorry, but this just sounds very wrong for me.....
So you just want POEs as a reward????

The Fifth Horseman 13-10-2008 08:20 PM

No, he's asking why he's getting 1 POE for each login.
Don't ask me, really, that's the way it was set up from the start.

Of course, new reviews are always welcome. :)

Was that daily PoE not a way to track down non-active members or so?

Eagle of Fire 13-10-2008 08:29 PM

It was indeed a way to reward "lurkers" who are actualy part of the community but who never get to do anything.

Without people downloading games, there would be no point in having a site of distribution of old games...

Plus, you get so much more PoE by doing reviews... It's easy to get ahead when you really contribute.

Really? In that case I have two questions:

1. How many?
2. Can I? (Please?)

Yeah, if any reviews actually got on site.. :notrust: I wrote one in april, sendt it to three different updaters from then to september and still wait for it's posting. Get organized guys, there's little point in "helping out" when nothing happens to what you do.

It's not a case of not being organised - there was a moratorium on updates to the site for quite a while :) Just recently permission to resume was granted, so look forward to seeing the backlog disappearing sometime soon...

The Fifth Horseman 14-10-2008 06:32 AM

"Sometime soon" being about two months of nearly constant updates. :p

That goes entirely without saying... *imagines a mountain of stuff falling on admins and updaters alike, burying them alive* :p
