Found game title: Inherit the Earth

I need help identifying a game.

As the title says - it's an old adventure game.
You are a fox, I believe a male.
The world is populated by animals.
I think that you are a part of some order and that at least a part of the game takes place at a monastery.

Something happens and there is tension between races.
I think the rabbits get blamed for... whatever happened, but you find a fox or a wolf's paw print in the soil of the monastery's garden.

I think that the interface was similiar to the Simon the Sorcerer one and I think the graphics reminded me of Simon, too (only a bit gloomier), but I might be having false memories :embarassed: .

I've played this game a long, long time ago and I think I've never even known its name, so I have no clues to give you as far as the title is concerned.

I've went through all adventure games here and on every retro-gaming site I could think of, but I haven't found a match  .

Would this be based on the Brian Jacques' 'Redwood' series of books, by any chance? Because it sounds awfully similar. :p

Easy one: Inherit the Earth: Quest for the Orb
Runs pretty good with ScummVM.

I was wrong. :D

I do believe that's the one :woot: .

Thank you both for the really speedy replies ^_^ .

What's that supposed to mean, do believe?! How shall I know if I can rename the thread when you mere do believe? I knew the youth doesn't know what to think, do, play nowadays, but that they don't know what to know...

I think she's older than you.. :whistling:

If you want to call her old, please feel free to do so. But if you are really going to do it, you can ask about her weight as well since you are going to die anyway. I won't call the emergency for you.

Touché
btw: I don't have to ask, just to compare profiles.
Now I got to sleep, an old man needs his rest.

Well, this is slightly off-topic anyway.

@ Luchsen

Well, I'll know if it is the one when I install it (I'm having trouble with that...) and play (: .
Until then - I repent :doh2: .
