I had plenty such bugs pop up in Left 4 Dead. I once had a smoker choking me from an area that no-one could shoot him and his tongue couldn't be shot for some reason. I was pretty pissed off at the time. Another time, I got stuck in a vent (the train station) - zombies came rushing and they pushed me through one of the walls or something because I remained in a crouched position even after killing them. Or how about throwing a molotov, hitting it against an invisible wall right in front of you, and it exploding all over you.

And a bug that happens a lot: dying and not respawning in a room. This may have been fixed since I only played for two weeks after its release, but it happened far too many times that you'd get killed in areas where there were plenty of respawning rooms yet the game simply won't respawn you. Not only are your team stuck with just the 3 of them then, you're left unable to play.
