What Is The Most Exotic Dish U Have Eaten?

I'll start with my top three. Keep in mind, I watch Andrew Zimmern on The Food Network in USA. He eats anything from all over the world. Tube worms, Calf Brains, beetles, you name it.

I have eaten an enjoyed:

Escargot, Aligator tail, Earthworm Meal Cookies.

Incidentally, when you use the search forums feature and type in 'Food' this is the top topic and the word food is highlighted in red. Search features can help you find inspirational topics!

Sand and grass. Separately.

EDIT: And pieces of mattress and paper. The latter was part of a secret agent training.

Grasshopers (like popcorn) some sort of worm thing (not quite like popcorn) fried tarantula, various forms of snake and frog. Also, some weird sauce that is made in Issan by leaving fish guts out in the sun for a few days. I've also drunk home made spirit which is infused with snake and scorpion, unsurprisingly it tastes like dead snake.

The frog was the only thing I regret, it made me sick for a few days.

EDIT: Chicken feet soup too.

Most exotic? Prawns in butter. Man it was rich

Chocolate covered ants (bitter, crunchy, get stuck in your teeth)
Caviar + other fish eggs (salty, kind of pop in your mouth, quite nice)
Kangaroo burger (tastes a lot like beef)
Lobster (Very nice)

I'll try almost anything once, and do like my eating, so I expect I may have missed one or two things.

I guess I haven't eaten anything that exotic... kind of depends how you view it. The local delicasy here consists liver and chuncks of floured blood

I haven't tried, but a friend of mine had eaten milanesas with dulce de leche on top. Is NOT a typical Argentinian dish (although both things on its own are).

The story was that my friend's at-the-moment-girlfriend invited him for a romantic dinner at her house and when he arrived, he found the aforementiones dish. He was speechless, and didn't had the heart to say no to her. So he ate it. Now that's love! Or, at least, a weak character, hohoho:hihihi:

Rocky Mountain Oysters (turkey nuts)

The kid in front of me in grade school used to eat his boogers.
