Is a the game like C&C ?

If it's turn-based, then it's nothing like Command & Conquer series (which is realtime through and through).

The one you thought of is probably "Metal Knight - Mission: Terminate Resistance" (which seems to be even more obscure)

I got the CD version now(traded for it)
I uploaded Metal Knight - Mission: Terminate Resistance...i did the rip,80 megs,so it's fine for the site

It's still there, but I'm not so sure anymore if this really counts as being sold (since the software itself is not sold, only some kind of feature unlock).
