anyone know this game?

It's not exactly a favorite of mine, but I don't know where else to post this. It's a very old DOS game. It was probably made in the early to mid 80s. It was a text adventure with CGA graphics. I could've sworn it was called Plato's Cave or something like that, but google searches for it turn up the allegory rather than a game. I don't remember anything about it except it was a text adventure with graphics and you start out in what I'm assuming is a cave and one of the first rooms has a lit "brazier" in it, which I distinctly remember because it was my first introduction to that word. That's pretty much all I can remember since I never got very far in it beyond the first few rooms.

I'd like to find and download it just for completion sake. I used to play it along with Ultima III, Flightmare, and Bouncing Babies.

Take a look @ http://ascii.classicgaming.gamespy.com/downloads.html
Even if it's a far from complete list, maybe you'll recognize something there.

And otherwise, enough txt based games to keep you busy for a while .... :)

No, it's not Colossal Cave Adventure. I don't think it's any of the games in the link above either. I swear it's called Plato's Cave or Plato's Cavern or something along those lines and has ugly cyan and magenta graphics.

I finally found it. It's called Demon's Forge.
