DOS GUI's
Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you you DOS GUI's, whether for the lulz, or because you have lots of files. And if you do use one, could you say what it is?
I'm currently using "DOSStart!". I'm a little bit disappointed that I can't edit the design of the start button, task bar, and mouse pointer, though :( |
Norton Commander is good enough for me.
Gotta love orthodox file managers. |

What I'm hoping to find is some mythical GUI where you can customize EVERYTHING - the buttons, start menu thing, windows look, mouse, etc, but maybe I should just make my own for that ;) |
Pay? Pay for that stuff?
:hysterical: Waw man, you have a lot to learn young padawan!!! |

I was linked to a couple of GUIs that were like 40 bucks! :hysterical: |
toybox 2 (abandonware) - simple to configure, i use it as a frontend for dosbox games.

I enjoy the exceptionally low amount of memory that toybox 2 uses. I might just switch to it(since dosbox does NOT enjoy runing dosstart very quickly).
|
what, am i the only one who uses pure command line?
|
Nope, another one here, but as he asked for that crap ....
