Yeah, she's trying to sue Activision, according to kotaku they didn't agree to people "Unlocking" Kurt to play with in other songs and was only ment to be used in the 2 nirvana songs (Sorta like what they did in Guitar Hero: World Tour with Jimi Hindrix) So they want Activision to "Re-Lock" Kurt in a update.

How this turns out I guess is anyone's guess but I for one kinda like seeing Kurt sing songs like "Du Hast" from Rammstein... Guess I'm just sick like that? Eah... :hypno:
