Ok To the right of the video on youtube there are two bars. One has the URL, the other has something that looks like this

That is the Embed code. Click on it, choose the settings you want then copy everything in the textbox. Now go to the thread you want to post the video on and paste the code. Up the top of the advanced reply page there are lots of buttons. Highlight the code you just pasted and click on the youtube button.
