New password

I'm having a bit of trouble here. When I have Abandonia send me a link to temporarily log into this site, it works correctly, then tells me to reset my password, but for the life of me, I can't figure out HOW I'm supposed to reset my password on this site! How am I supposed to reset my password without any links on the site to do so?

Normally it can be done under "my account" tab.
However, our tech support crew is working on something there, and at the moment all user options besides the newsletter and profile picture are disabled.

Alright. Good to know it's not just me.

I'll probably try back in a week or so.

I tried again and it still isn't working.

Any ETA on when I'll be able to change my password to something I know?

The techs are working on fixing this and several other critical problems.
I can't give you a definite date when this problem will be fixed - should be done by the end of this month, though.

THAT'S why I can't change my password... have to use the 'reset pass' link just to temporarily log in at the moment...

Sorry to ask this, but still no ETA?

Nope. I'm going to have to poke the tech guys about it later today.

I'm also glad it's not just me.
I just found this site last night, and love it already. It would be a shame to not be able to get in more than once. LOL

We're mildly suspecting the code has become self-aware and is trying to take over the world.

No, not really... but at this point it wouldn't be surprising at all. Long story short, the tech guys are trying to find the cause of the the problem - it's one sneaky bug, and non-reproducable in the test environment to boot.
