There was a flaming object in the sky tonight (or this morning I guess, being August 7th, just after 12 or maybe 11 PM August 6th)

It was like, well, a flaming object that was only in view for a while then it disappeared, does anyone know anything about any meteors or satellite's coming down?

I was really hoping i didn't see little sparkles flying in unison in the night sky, implying the world had fallen to nuclear war, and it hasn't happened yet, but tonight DOES feel like a perfect 'end world' night.

Oh well ,im goona be watching the news to see what this was :3:

Srsly, though, there's probably a red hot meteorite fragment cooling in the brain of some miscreant down the street, about to transform him into super cybot mecha pilot A1! You must discover the secret of your grandfather's blade-wielding black superjet fighter, put the pieces of its katana together from where they've been holding up the garden shed, and fly skywards in a humorous welter of garden implements, flower pots, peonies and bits of tennis court and save Japan from this menace! I mean, protect canada!! (Too. much. anime :wacko:)
