Hi
Longtime Abandonia visitor, just now joining the forum. Incredibly great site, so many good games.
I got started playing computer games when I was around 5 or 6-ish I guess. We had a 286 and I played whatever games we happened to have on it. The first I played was Prince of Persia, which I could never get past level 2, that ledge at the end of the level still confounds me. And that's playing without a manual, so at the end of level one, just had to guess which potion to drink every time. Then there was Block-Out, that 3D Tetris game, and Off Road, this side scrolling car game presented in four colors (red, green, black, yellow), you hopped a truck over rocks and stuff. Then there was Hugo's House of Horrors which to this day has been the only game to engross my entire family, typically my Dad favors Doom and other shooters, my Mom enjoys adventure games mostly, and my sister mostly likes only a few peppered games. Then we got our hands on Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and that was it for me, haven't stopped since. Anyway, looking forward to interacting with the community. |
Welcome to the forum, have a look around and see if there is anything you like, I'll do you a good deal on it.

Welcome to AB! Ever played the 2nd Prince of Persia?
It's my favourite but it's still challenging like the first one :) |
hello, i'd like to interact with you
hello |
Will do Darth.
Nah, can't say I've played Prince of Persia 2. I've seen screens of it over the years, always liked the way it looked. I may play it someday if I ever beat the first one. Just now tried it again and had a epiphany that took about 17 years to appear to me. So hmm, might try to beat it in a couple of days. r.u.s.s., no doubt. |
