I'd like it to be made crystal clear what spam is considered here according to the staff. Is it any topic that doesn't relate to gaming? Anything that results in arguements or single word posts? This would help "cut down on spam" greatly.

Well, spam can't be describe crystal clear. You can say it a bit like it this: You can't explain what it is, but you know something is spam when you see it.

As always, some people define posts as spam that other people wouldn't consider as such.

Well spam is at first the annoying advertising that you get in your mail, in the forum however spam is senseless topics, topics where the only goal is to pump up the postcount, these things are surely spam, other are different from person to person, I think the rolling story isn't spam...
