Trying to remember an old Win 3.1 game... Please help?
 

It was both a game and a game creator utility that let you make RPG/adventure type game that resembled Castle of the Winds. It was a top down view and it had very simple graphics. I remember that one of the characters you could add into the game was Gumby & Pokey, and that the included game the creators made involved something about a tornado warping your character to the world, and that your first quest was to go find some clothes, as you lost them in the process of warping.

Anyone know what game I'm talking about?

Thanks, but that's still not it. I remember it looking a little similar but being more amateurish in art work. Lots of primary colours, if any of that helps.
