If she notices you're nervous, that doesn't have to be a bad thing. It shows her you're interested in her. If she likes you, she'll show you pretty quick then.
And just be yourself, don't pretend to be someone / something you're not ;)

Hmm u should take her to a cinema/restauran and then to a park to look the starts. Looking at the stars should tell her that she's beautiful etc. then a kiss and that should do the trick.

Well, don't get TOO nervous. If you're all breaking down and bursting into tears, try to get a grip.
But being a bit nervous is just cute, in my opinion. It really shows that you like her, that you're making an effort, trying to do your best.
