Found a site hosting the original manuals for:

A high quality Manual for Wasteland

Its the software index page of a Fansite dedicated to Post Apocalyptic Media.
It has some of the very old games hosted on site, but nothing remotely New is avalible for download, so I hope posting the link here wont get me :unsure: in trouble.
