Ys I & II Complete

Although the game's developer/publisher is not ESA-protected and isn't sold, I'm unsure whether the game is supported thanks to the publisher's site being exclusively in Japanese and Google Translate being unable to translate the support pages fully past the first page. Also, while the game is in Japanese only, there exists a complete third-party English translation patch which rectifies this.

Can someone please confirm the status of the game?

The publisher's site contains a rudimentary FAQ and a pair of patches published in 2000 and 2001.
