Is this normal?
Upon resizing the page, objects are not arranged correctly

try using firefox, it doesn't have that error when using that

Yeah seriously, a lot of the problems in the world can in one way or the other be blamed on IE... or so I've been told and I believe it... totally... for sure...

The page is optimized for resolutions 800x600 above. No one uses less than 800x600 so there is no need to optimize it for smaller sizes. You've resized the window to a much smaller area so.... but it doesn't happen in firefox anyhow :P
