Yes I bought the red alert 2 & yuris revenge combo pack. My problem is I have downloaded both and both go to the westwood screen then the screen goes black. I can hear the game, and the audio, but the screen remains black. I dont know what to do to change this. I thought it might be because of my virtual memory but I freed up more than enough space to to fufill game needs. I also went to westwoods for the patch. I have a feeling this something small I am missing. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

video problem. check your video card drivers. (thats what i think anyway)

if you check the video card manufacturers website, you might find updated drivers.

I did not read the linked thread in depth but it is likely that you can find a solution to your problem on this thread. It's very probable it's a compatibility issue with WinXP (but you did not state which OS you use yet).

I bought C&C pack last weekend, but I tried only C&C Tiberian Sun. After you install game, make sure to run westwood updater, which will fix any problems. (my system did not recognize original CD before update)

I dont how to check what my video card is, I also have no clue on how to find who the manufacturer is? Thank you all for your help.
