Sabotain - Break the Rules (Саботаж: Кулак Империи)

Neither the developer nor publisher are ESA-protected, I can't seem to find any information on the game's support status, and I can't find any buylinks. Since the game does have an English version, as demonstrated by the developer's page, can a moderator confirm the game's abandonware status?
