VDMSound unable to install. Getting msg when trying to run executable:
You must be running as Administrator to install.

Win98 here

Whats going on or up with this? I am logged in with Administrator rights!

VDMSound doesn't work with Win98. I think it only works with Windows XP.

More to the point, you don't need VDMSound with Win98. Look at the quote at the end of the second post here.

VDMSound will work with WinNT, Win2000 and XP only. (all based on NT technology)

Here again, thanks for everybodys help, just seems like alot of work to do to just play a game correctly, staying in the forums talking about it. Will continue trying to troubleshoot on my on, searching the net and stuff for other resolutions. Just like I see in my other posting would be alot easier to download something that is already to go and then download the game and play, rather than having to trouble shoot your way through it.
