I found this cool game doing a search. Some guy made it and it is freeware not abandonware. it is schorched earth with awsome graphics, good for now even, a smallish file, and sticks to the organal (without mod). It also supports lots of systems. You can change direction angle and power. there is alos for people like me with problems rembering what did what, WEAPON DESCRIPTIONS!!!!
