In case that's a virus I won't open it yet, but it came from your E-Mail adress... :|

This is more then likely a virus and you should deffinitly not open it. Just in case your already infected run a virus scan with a fully up to date virussignature list.

I think .cpl is a control panel app. Definitely don't open it. There have been viruses lately that send emails and spoof their senders so Tom doesn't neccessarily have the virus but someone with Tom's and your address might.

Of course it could also be that something scanned this forum for emails and just used those...!?

One thing is for sure! I DO NOT HAVE A VIRUS ON MY MACHINE!

I'll run a virus check nevertheless to be absolutely sure about this. But Mika might be right. My e-mail adress is written in clear text somewhere in the forum.

Of course I deleted it already. Being careful saves lifes, hm? :wink:
