im not exactly into anime but this got me interested :) im planning on trying to get hellsing at one point, any other anime's like crying freeman anyone recommends?

I remember seeing a few episodes but I do not remember ANYTHING about it, just the title. :crazy:

I've HEARD of the crying freeman films but not animes and have a rough idea of the plot of it but that's all.

Hellsing is goddamn awesome - get the manga first!

Crying Freeman is one of the better manga series IMO. Just be sure to watch the episodes in their chronological order. If you're into magas I would also recommend these films:

Ninja Scroll

Cyber City

Akira

Battle Angel Alita

there are many others, but these are the ones I've seen myself and which contain at least some storyline (and not only blood, sex & demons)

to me, "Fist of the North star" seemed to be a very good anime...
