Dig, The [LucasArts]
That game was one of the best adventures i've ever played, but I can't seem to find a download anywhere.
If anyone here would kindly point me in the direction of a copy, that would be just as good :D |
Pretty sure the game isn't abandonware, I think lucasarts is still selling it.
|
Not listed in their store :P
http://www.lucasarts.com/companystor...s/classics.htm EDIT: after searching for a bit I found the oly trace of it left on their site is a patch, and a hint page. |
I wonder if this game works under XP. I still have the cds of it, but never spent much time with it.
|
Best way to run the game is to use scummvm, as it really is a good program for those old lucasarts adventure game that won't work.
|
The Dig is nearly impossible to rip - the whole game would be ruined if you removed the music and the animations not to mention the speech. Wonderful game though, and DOSBOX plays it perfectly. Plus, there's LOADS of copies on ebay.
|
Why would it be impossible to rip? I have lots of ripped dos games that have sounds and animation.

Slight problem there, it's not abandoned. In fact I think you can buy it from LucasArts.
