Start with Pascal. Easy to begin with.

no start with C++ saves time.

Start with theoretical stuff, learn how to do loops, program logic etc. This will eneble you to learn any programming language.

Try for C then later you will easily switch to C++ or maybe Java.

For now start only with theory.

start with Visual Basic, it's useless but easy :D

QBasic or Pascal or C++.

I told you three the best program languages to start from. You should start from (Q)Basic, and within a few months change to C++ or Pascal.

You should also check our Exams thread, and start with those exams. :ok:

VBasic is very easy to grasp, and yet quite powerful.Thus i suggest you start there
