I'm createing a simple chess game, and now i need someone to create BMP images of figures from the chess 49x49 with
transparent background. If someone want's to accept the job only thing i could give to him is credits. To understand that i'm serious download this simple demo. Only thing you can do is to move around the pointer... |
did you want pics of the figures or their representing symbols?
|
Probably symbols that will represent figures with which we will play.
|
DO just a characters at the moment, and try to work on logic. ;)
|
shouldn't be too hard to copy the Staunton patter symbols (as used to draw chess puzzles/games/positions in newspapers, etc.) into bmp, even if it's just a placeholder.
|
SO does someone wants to create few figs or don't...
|
I don't know if i've the time or if you you have too hurry, anyway i cuold try to do something... but how have to be these chess pieces?
Simple, odd, minimalist? Tell me more... i don't promise nothing to you, but if i fuond the time... EDIT: I realized only now (i'm not so smart in these days... too work...) that you want transparet Bitmap!! Well this is something that i can't do for you, cause transparent Bitmaps don't exist, it's a programming problem! The best i can do is drawing the figures and the masks you need, but you have to put more code in your program to call the API for the tranparent effect. Look here, here and here: you'll find three ways to do that! |
Here, a new updated version. Now you can move figures, only thing i miss is pics and chess theory (the last one i will add later)
@Quintopotere First, i don't mind if you do double post becouse this way who knows when would i have seen your EDIT. Second, if you would like to do those pixel arts for me i'll need them until monday. For transparency just paint the background in RGB(0,0,0) caouse my game is for now in 8 bit colors. Let me know your decision soon as you can. :max: |
I'm sorry, but i can't do that for monday... rip the figures from the web, doing a screenshot you'll have instantaneously all the figures... :D
If you need them later tell me! |
Wow, you are quick!
NP i'll try to find someone. |
