First of all, hello everyone. Thanks for reading my lil' old post. I just wanted to let all he good people out there know: this game is decent, but there's a better version of it. The game I'm referring to is NARC, a arcade game that came out in 1988. The pictures of Crime Wave looked very similar to NARC. BTW, Narc is a rom designed for the MAME emulator. So a bit of hunting :Brain: may be in order. But try it if you can get it. It's a blast. Take care! |
I remember this game. This is one of the first games I have ever played. I think I played it back in 1991 or 1992, before I played Prince of Persia, Special Forces, Rex Nebular, and Kyrandia. The screenshots bring back fun memories of the game. I won't be playing it again now, but I sure will download this game. I lost the game when a friend of a friend I lent it to stupidly erase the files from the floppy.

@glavias: It's indeed a NARC-clone. They were aiming at the same atmospehere as that game. The downside of NARC is off course that you need mame to play it, but then again, you need DOSBox for this one...
