Yeah, I only found this site after hours of searching google for UFO: Enemy Unknown and only finding pay sites and broken links. Then finally I found Abandonia! I've never needed to search for a game since :D .

I don't even know how I found the site...I think it was from looking for Hero Quest and found it on another old game site (gambird or freeoldies or something) then found a link...probably.

I found the site because I was looking for UFO: Enemy Unknown that would run under Windows XP. :)

I remember the search query I used was:
UFO Enemy Unknown Windows XP Download

Abandonia was the first result, and I have stayed put ever since.

I found the site when I searched for WarWizad, as I saw the site, I felt the need to ask here, if anyone knows the game and how to get it... I wasn't disappointed too :D So I stayed on this nice, helpful site

I read about it in the abandonware column of a magazine.

Do you still have that magazine? I would love to know what they wrote about us.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Abandonia! It's that may not impress you with the \"huge\" number of games (only 100, which is a very small number of games compared with other sites of the genre). However, nearly all games are \"diamonds\" of the computer games' history. Moreover, in this website, created by a Croat named Kosta Krauth, you will find some basic programs for you to run abandonware games without problems, but also legendary music themes of historic games in MIDI and MP3 files, while in the forum you can have a conversation with other members of the site abotu the nostalgia of the old games.

BTW nice avatar Maikel
