Larry 6 problems-Screen freezing
 

So whenever I play larry 6 it works fine until it comes to one of the scenes were you win one of the girls, and before any of the cutscenes can happen, the game freezes. The same thing happens when I open certain doors, or turn the sink on in the bathroom. These problems I've been able to avoid by saving and reloading but the issue with the girls always happens and there's no way around it except skipping the scene altogether which sucks :( . Hope someone can help me here with maybe a patch?

About to, how does one play games on dosbox? I can't figure it out...

i also CAN'T work Leisure Suit Larry 5 or 6, ever. It's driving me mad. I installed dosbox, but, seeing as I'm completely computer illiterate, I have absolutely no idea how to work it. HELP! HELP! I must play these games! How do I run a program through dosbox?

The simplest way is to first install the game directly on C:\

So it is C:\Larry

Then open up DOSbox and type the following:

MOUNT C C:\

C:

CD LARRY

SCIDHUV or SIERRA (don't quite remember what file those games used).

okay, so I've got the game running through dos box (hooray!), but now I also have the problem of the game freezing. I haven't been able to get past turning on the sink faucet, and saving and reloading doesn't seem to solve this either. I also turned up the speed on dos box, to no avail. Am I totally out of options?

anybody care to submit a savegame + description on how to freeze the game (in dosbox) ?
