I don't think you need to be a VIP to send a game.

And you don't get VIP to upload games, it works the other way around.
You get VIP because you uploaded lots of games.

Thing is that we might eventually get the permission back from ESA, so every review counts. Also, while the game itself might not be uploaded along with the review, they can be uploaded as soon as our permission is returned. :bye:
