I have played this game and part III too. I guess part III is much better. Is that game abandonware ? If yes, why just part II? :max:

thank you very much for the great review you have given. I could never play this game bcoz of that fast speed, though I managed to play part III at a fast speed. But now it will be possible to slow down bcoz of the great review and helpful hints for Dosbox :kosta: .

The art for the delorin is relly good in the screen shots.
I just want a little heads up is there mini games in it?
in the last screen shot it looks like a puzle game of some kind.

Also, it wasn't Chubby Checker who overheard Marty playing Johnny B. Goode, it was Chuck Berry, the guy who wrote the song.

I bought this game back in the day. It came with a neon-green baseball cap that I still have.
There was copy protection, you had to use a floppy, which made me nervous about the day the floppy goes bad.
I think that was it. I see there's a codebook in the middle of it, the type designed to foil b+w photocopiers. :ph34r:
I didn't like it very much (no joystick). I played it on a 386, which also still works. Now I use DOSbox for linux. :ok:

Some useful information out of the manual:

Q = up
A = down
O = left
P = right
space = fire

F1 = toggle pause on/off
esc = exit and return to DOS
F10 = decreases/increases joystick sensitivity; adjusts game speed

Then they describe the joystick controls and the amiga instructions, the C64 instructions.
The missions are described. things you want to pick up (pepsi, tennis shoes, newspaper,
baseball, plutonium). Other bonus items:

S = increase hoverboard speed
A = temporary boost in scroll and movement speed
P = totally restores your energy :max:
