okay so i was looking on http://www.abandonia.com/main.php?nav=crew and i noticed that not everyone was a guy on there so my question is whos the girls on this site? im guessing Wendy Maree Peterson is but ive never seen her post or anything which leads to my next question

Does Kosta have some silent partners or somthing?

Kosta 27-08-2004 01:58 AM

Hehhe, no, not really. She's contributed 3 games so far, and posted quite a few posts. Just look her up in the memberlist and you shall see :)

Yes... We DO have girls on this forum, but they like to do what girls do best. (Play with men's minds, in fact that is the job-description for being a girl).

They like to post hidden away, pretending to be men. You will never know who they are until they jump out in front of you!

They are the Ninja-girls!

You've found me out. I'm Kosta's silent partner.... and a mod at the Blah, Blah, Blah forum. Life is rich with ironies.

hehe. Oh well didn't a recent study show up that 45 % of the internet users are woman.

Maybe they aren't very active on forums but they are active on the internet.

But i think most girls just have a low profile or pretend to be guy to prevent bad-male-behaviour.

I guess there might be that fear. I've found you're no more likely to get bad behaviour from a male forum than an all-female one. If you annoy people, then they'll behave badly regardless of gender. But if you try to fit in and be pleasant, then people will react accordingly. There's at least three ladies here that I know of and none of them are hiding their gender. In one post, someone mentioned her husband, and another one of the crew has posted her picture. B)

I don't think anyone pretended anything, I think men just automatically assume that everyone they speak to online is a guy, unless of course they have female names like ... Wendy Maree.

FreeFreddy 27-08-2004 12:41 PM

There's a third female here too? Who is it? I only know Puffin and you so far...
