I can't download it. Whenever I click on the link, nothing happens, and then it goes to a blank screen. Any suggestions?

Yes, me too. There seems to be a problem today. There was the same problem earlier.

How did it not have something to do with troubleshooting? Google defines troubleshooting as "Diagnosing and solving a problem." I was stating the problem (that the download wouldn't work...) and asking for a solution. Isn't that troubleshooting? I think it's more of a troubleshooting comment than a comment on the site...What exactly IS a trouble shooting question then?

Oh, and yes it does work now

I'm off topic here, but yes, this should be in the troubleshooting section.
In fact if this was in the site comments section I would remove, comments are as the word says, saying something about something. Not asking a question about something being fixed.

The troubleshooting is for games, as in games not working, not being able to download one is site related, and so it is a site comment... (at least I think so)
