This guy ONISION has sent a PM to Rainwife, inviting her to log on to a certain forum.
She asked me to have a look and once their I found this message in their equivalent of the shoutbox:

Hello I just got here. Onision invited me. If that's alright with everyone.

So obviously Iron:Scarecrow also got such a PM.
Has anybody else recieved a PM by this guy, who BTW hasn't made a single post in our forum?

Obviously here just for advertising.
I haven't got a PM myself, but I have got pm's similar to it, one where someone asked for Wolf3d.
I didn't even bother replying.

Soo... What's this forum about? Perhaps he gets points or something if he invites someone.

Danny, and anyone else for that matter, if people ask for warez over PMs, then forward the PM to an admin, and the admin will deal with it.

As for blatant advertizing abuse like this.... gaaah. :tai:

Didn't receive such a PM, and wouldn't go if invited. As far as I'm concerned, it's slagging off somebody else's board when a new member does that. Their sole purpose is to recruit members. It's kind of like somebody walking into your house during a get-together, saying they just arrived on the block, only to quietly use the opportunity to collar everybody and ask 'em to go some place else.

I have recieved such a PM as well, but it didn't seem interesting enough to try out. Too bad :P

Should I forward it towards someone or isn't that nescesary (man, how do you spell that word)?
