To site admins, is there something wrong w/ the site? A lot of the download links aren't working for me, and a couple of other guests are commenting on having problems as well. Has anyone else had issues?

I just got that too, after waiting about 6 minutes for it to load.

Yup, the server on florida has died for a, yet, uknown reason. I'm waiting for support to resolve the issue as I can't access it myself either....

Ok, thank you K. I was wondering why I couldn't get into the server either, but now I know. Sweet!

Ummm..
As this is server is located at a server-host, it's up to them to get it online again-

At this time, we have no information what might be the cause of the downtime.

If it's a simple powerout, with the backup failing, it might still take up to a few hours for the host to reinstate the connection, run scans, and possible replace corrupted sections with backups and so on... not to talk about the mapping of the servers.

So.. it will be up when it gets up basicly.
