Chubby Gristle [NON-PC]
i used to play this game a lot on my zx spectrum. i have all the games i used to play on the speccy except this one. i got it on a cover tape. was a platformer with items. the hero was a fat man whos stomach wobbled when he jumped. you started off in a car park being pursued by trolleys.
if anyone remebers this game that would be wicked :ok: |
Mermaid Madness is a platformer (somehow) with a fat woman ... maybe spectrum made the merman madness game ?!?
|
I would say pyjamrama, but I think thats not it...I dont remember any carpark in there
|
|
nice 1 frodo :D LOL crank spectaculator up to 6x and watch that little fat man go!
|
Yesterday played Barbarian on spectaculator. What a nice emu.
Had to turn off auto loader, auto play/stop and fast loading just to be able to hear sound from the tape. LOL Refreshing old... :) |
Refreshingly old?
The computer teacher I know (a quite old geezer) has a punchcard code for Pong (at least that's what he claims that is - I still think it's a half shreded electricity bill from the early seventies) :omg: |
Yes, refreshingly old....
One of the reasons I'm rareLY here is that I'm taking English class. This is my last semester, so it figures that hardest class is in it. :) It is interesting that I always wanted to have ZX Spectrum, and now when I compare the games with C64, I can’t understand why?! |
zx spectrum had much better isometric games. and when the devs didnt bother with colour or were really suttle with color it had more detailed sprites. just couldent handle colour because they were cheap.
