Hey forum,

the Dschingis Khan thread brought me to write this.

Let's play a game. It is called "Where in the world is Jim Sullivan".

Jim was the exchange student from America who lived at a friend's house for one year in 1997. We were very good friends for that time but unfortunately the contact broke wehen we got seperated again after that year.

Now I often feel the urge to write him an eMail or something but I cannot locate him anywhere.

His name is James Edward Sullivan and he originally came from Omak in the State of Washington (near Seattle). He was born in 1979.

He once had a Webpage at "www.televar.com/~jimsul" (or something like it) but it got inactive....

So if anyone can find out anything about dear ol' Jim, please let me know. The one who finally can establish an eMail connection between me and Jim will be rewared with a gift ....

So please everyone venture through the net and find a life sign !

I think NOT ... He surely didn't write a book about reigious stuff ... maybe 'bout girls but not religion ... :D

Well, I did a quick search for "James Edward Sullivan" on various searching machines and encountered one living in Renton, WA. It gave me out a lot of James Sullivans, but this actually was the only "James E. Sullivan". Sadly that damn engine won't give me any more info, without paying money
I'll continue my search.

One advice though: If he was an exchange student, it was probably organized by some kind of agency, don't they have any information on that guy?

And damn again, I've found his homepage on Google, but it isn't in their cache

1. the prob with the homepage .. yeah ... i know ... but anyway I once tried to write an email to that televar addess but it came back with "unknown receipient"

2. there are billions of James Sullivans and even Millions of James Edward Sullivan in the US

3. The organisation won't give me any information ... they work with their personal infos seriously ...

---

I found the homepage of Omak at www.omakcity.com ... maybe someone from there knows Jim ........

I reckon jimsul@televar.com didn't work?

edit
nah the entire televar-network is down. Maybe it's temporary?

Is this what his homepage used to look like:

Jim Sullivan's homepage in 1998

There's only the old @televar email on the site though... But it's got a picture of a guy on it, so tell us if it's him :)

Edit: Ooh. And on the quality link page, there's a reference to a girl. 'Sally Abott'. Apparantly our Jim thinks she's quite attractive... Maybe she can provide vital clues...
Edit2: The girl has some sort of weblog: http://morgyne.livejournal.com/. It's invite only, but if someone had a good reason to visit (i.e. to find a long lost friend for instance), they might be admitted :ok:
