I played Fable (1996) and got to the ending. But I don't get it! He sits in the chair, watches somethingin some headset, it looks like he gets super powers or something, then the outro shows him in jair and says something about turning his family into frozen makrel at 3???? It doesn't make sense! And what about Isamel (or whatever his name is) in the maze? What good is he for? Just something to do? I'm so disappointed! Am I missing the point?
Thanks

Wait a second though, is umm Dawn and Chris having trouble running or actually understanding the game? I wouldnt know because I havent played it, but if its understanding, isnt this the right place?

EDIT: waiit a second... was this moved? I dont think so. Am i at fault? Now im confused...

Its in the right section now, I had it under troubleshooting because I couldn't seem to post anywhere else  I have played (and finished) the game, but I don't really understand the meaning of the end scene. The ending doesn't tie in with the whole game. Or maybe I'm disappointed if it was all supposed to be a dream.

it was... it sucked badly. it's the easiest way for a writer to end a story isn't it?
- "...and it was aaall just a dream".

christ...

yep, it was all just a guy sitting in jail because he killed his familiy at 3 years old,
who read the story and imagined himself to be the hero.
Yeah.

and no I don't the the old dude had any point.

I'm guessing like in so many other cases of adventure games, they ran out of dough

Yeah what he said.

Err, umm, err... you, hehe... Funny you should say that, hehe... Umm... Errr... OMFG WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!?! :omg: (runs away, slams the door behind him, sounds of steps, car tyres scream outside)

I never played Fable myself, but I got so much feedback from everyone around me that I ended up thinking that Fable is very known to be a great and disapointing game... Somehow.
